Tom Suozzi is the representative-elect for New York’s 3rd congressional district. Previously, he served as the U.S. representative for the same district from 2017 to 2023. Suozzi, a member of the Democratic Party, has held notable positions such as the county executive of Nassau County on Long Island from 2002 to 2009 and the mayor of Glen Cove in Nassau County for eight years prior to that.
