Craig Carton (born January 31, 1969) is an American radio and television personality known for his work in sports broadcasting. He co-hosted the highly successful Boomer and Carton morning show on WFAN from 2007 to 2017 and later co-hosted Carton and Roberts in the afternoon drive slot. He currently hosts Breakfast Ball on Fox Sports 1 and runs the podcast Hello, My Name Is Craig, which focuses on gambling addiction awareness. During his tenure at WFAN, Carton made history by becoming only the second broadcaster, after Howard Stern, to host the No. 1 rated show in both morning and afternoon drive. In October 2024, he was inducted into the New York State Broadcasters Association Hall of Fame.

Despite his success, Carton’s career faced a setback in 2017 when he resigned from WFAN following his arrest for securities and wire fraud. He was sentenced to three and a half years in prison but was released after 12 months of home confinement in 2020, officially completing his sentence in 2021.

In June 2024, he satisfied his three-year probation requirement. Carton’s return to WFAN in 2020 marked a rare second chance in sports media, as he regained his status as a top-rated host while also using his platform to advocate for gambling addiction awareness.
