Richard Ben-Veniste (born January 3, 1943) is an American lawyer who first rose to prominence as a special prosecutor during the Watergate scandal. Richard has also been a member of the 9/11 Commission who is known for his pointed questions as well as criticisms of members of both the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations.
