Taylor Grenda Biography
Taylor Grenda (born in 1991) is an American meteorologist currently serving on the FOX 5 Weather Team in Washington, D.C. She joined the team after five years at WBAL-TV 11 in Baltimore, Maryland, where she covered everything from snowstorms and ice to tropical systems and tornadoes.
Before her time in Baltimore, Taylor worked at WPBF in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she reported on major hurricanes, including Matthew, Irma, and Dorian, as well as the active El Niño winter of 2016, which brought numerous tornado outbreaks across Florida. She began her broadcasting career as a weekend meteorologist and multimedia journalist at KRBC in Abilene, Texas.
Taylor is originally from Delaware and holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Political Science from the University of Miami, where she was also a member of the Division I swim team. She later completed her meteorology certification through the Mississippi State Meteorology Program.
